Trapped between waking life and dreams, Olly delves into his childhood memories, navigating the fantastical dream worlds his sister created to shield them from family strife. A journey into the buried past that shapes who we are.
These works explore memory and perception by blending hand-drawn animation (representing memories) with 360-degree live-action underwater footage (depicting dreams).
Boths pieces incorporate a participatory element, inviting audiences to navigate their own mental landscapes and contemplate the nature and formation of their earliest memories.
